A major renovation is now underway at Southwell Medical Nashville Primary Care. The remodeling is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
The project includes significant structural changes, with approximately 80% of the building being stripped down to its steel frame. The redesigned space will increase the number of treatment rooms per provider and add a dedicated X-ray room to support future diagnostic services.
The renovation also includes an expanded waiting room, all new exam tables and furniture, and updates to the building’s exterior.
“Throughout the remodeling process, patient care will continue uninterrupted,” said Garrett Mizell, Practice Manager. “Services will be provided using a mobile unit and one hallway of the existing building to maintain access for patients.”
Southwell Medical Nashville Primary Care is home to Dr. Richard Wheeler, Anna Money, NP-C, and Mandy McMillan, PA-C, who will continue seeing patients during the construction period.
“This renovation is designed to improve access and create a more functional space for both patients and staff,” Mizell said. “We appreciate the community’s patience as we work through this transition.”
