Congratulations to Jana Roberson, who serves as Southwell’s Payroll Productivity Manager. Jana received the Southwell Excellence in Leadership Award for the quarter. Jana was presented the award at the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) meeting for managers on April 17 at the Tift Regional Community Events Center.
Jana was recognized for her tireless efforts in converting Southwell over to a new workforce management/payroll system and educating staff members on how to access and utilize the new system. We thank Jana and her team for going above and beyond to ensure that this transition went smoothly.
